Alrededor del año 2000 hice una serie de retratos de artistas.
En cada cuadro aparecía un grupo. Y en cada uno de los lienzos uno de esos participantes pintaba mi propio retrato.
En 2019, como empleo diferentes técnicas: escultura, telas, ensamblaje. En 2019 Intento hacer cada obra con la técnica que utiliza el artista que represento en esa pieza concreta.
En 2023 empiezo una serie de dibujos al óleo sobre papel en la que represento en sus estudios a artistas reconocidos de la historia del arte
It was around the year 2000 that I made a series of portraits of artists.
In every painting appeared a group of them. And in each of the canvases one of those participants painted my own portrait.
In 2019 as I employ different approaches: sculpture, fabrics, assembly. I try to do every work with the technique used by the artist I represent in that particular piece.
In 2023 I begin a series of oil drawings on paper in which I represent recognized artists from the history of art in their studios.
